Make a printable emergency card

An emergency card is a small card with the key contacts a helper needs. With Hifazat, you fill a short form and print a wallet size card with a QR code. Keep personal details short, and never add a child's address.

Frequently asked questions

No. Card text stays on this page and is included only in your printout or downloaded PDF. Your selected QR points to a tag already saved in your account. Card text is cleared when the page reloads. Printed contacts are visible to anyone who holds the card, so review them before printing.

No. Keep child details short and never add their address. Anyone holding the card can read its printed text, including phone contacts. Choose only information that is necessary for a helper, and review the printed card before placing it in a school bag or wallet.

The QR scan page becomes inactive. Rotating or deleting the tag also affects printed cards using its old link. Test and replace cards after changing a link. A contact edit keeps the same tag link. Keep a separate contact plan for cases where a finder cannot load the QR page.

The PDF card is 85.6 by 53.98 mm. Print at actual size, cut around the border and test the QR before putting it in a wallet or bag. Paper and printing are separate from the free tool. A preview on screen is not a promise that every printer will use the correct scale.
