Hifazat is a free family safety tool by Qawex. You add your contact details and get a printable QR tag. Stick it on a school bag, phone or laptop. If someone scans it, they can call you in 1 tap. You can also add SOS alerts and live location sharing.

How does Hifazat work?

    Download a sticker in 3 sizes. The QR holds only a random link, no personal details.

Hifazat is a free family safety tool by Qawex. It lets a guardian make a printable QR safety tag for a child, a blind or low vision person or an elderly family member. Anyone who scans the tag can contact the family in 1 tap. Guardians can also add SOS alerts and live location.

Yes. Hifazat, a free family safety tool by Qawex, lets you create tags, download print files and use family alerts without a service charge. Paper, printing, mobile data and calls can still have costs from your own providers. A tag is an extra contact option, not a replacement for supervision.

The QR code contains only a random web link, like hifazat.qawex.com/t/8f3k2xqa. It does not contain a name, phone number, address or any other personal detail. Your details stay on Hifazat, and you choose what a person who scans the tag can see.

You can pause or delete any tag from your dashboard in a few seconds. A paused tag shows a neutral page with no details, so a lost tag cannot lead anyone to your family. You can then print a new tag that has a new link.

Live location works while the Hifazat page is open on the person’s phone and sharing is active. Permission, signal, battery settings and browser limits can interrupt updates. Check the time on the last position before using it. A stale position is not a current location, and sharing can be paused or stopped.
